Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, we understand. You have a 24-hour window from the time of your order placement to cancel, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To ensure a swift cancellation, kindly send an email to hello@secretnesthome.com with your order details.
For Defective Products:
Should you find that the product you've received is incorrect, was damaged in transit, or has some other defect, we're here to help. Firstly, we kindly request that you contact us at hello@secretnesthome.com, attaching a picture of the damaged or incorrect product. We will then guide you on the next steps for your return.
For your convenience, we have return warehouses in both Asia and the United States. While we will provide the specific return address during our email correspondence, please be informed that the return shipping cost will be borne by you. If you're returning a product, you'll need to arrange for your own return label.
From the time you receive your order, you have a generous 60-day window to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes you might use a product before deciding it's not right for you. As such, we do accept returns of used products within this 60-day period. Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Once we're informed of your intent to return and provided with the return shipment tracking number, your refund will be processed. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. As for your refund, it will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

Sometimes we change our minds, and that's okay. Whether you ordered the wrong product, found it doesn't fit, or simply have second thoughts, our return policy remains the same as for defective products.
